NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN ADVERTISED LEASE OPPORTUNITY FOR CONCESSION PROPOSALS AT Petit Jean State Park
The Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism, State Parks Division (Owner), is soliciting proposals to provide management and concessionaire services at Petit Jean State Park
Airport, Conway County, Arkansas.
Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism is seeking qualified, private enterprises to
ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements of a public airport. Concessionaire opportunities with fly-in campground and also aeronautical sales, services, and/or consumable food or beverage items, to the public, at Petit Jean State Park Airport. Hours of operation are
negotiable. The concession lease area is located on Winrock Drive, Morrilton, AR 72110.
A detailed Concession Lease Opportunity proposal package will be provided to interested parties, outlining the terms of the Concession Lease Agreement. Owner reserves the right to negotiate revenue share based on proposals received.
The deadline for submitting concession proposals for this Lease Opportunity will be until awarded. If State Parks does not receive any Concessionaire applicants, this solicitation will remain open beyond the initial date, until filled.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES FOR THE REGIONAL TOURIST ASSOCIATIONS GRANT PROGRAM
Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 25-15-201 et seq., notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism is proposing amendments to the rules for the Regional Tourist Associations Grant Program reflecting the streamlined process for media and promotional material production and use, removing inefficiencies and duplicative or eliminated processes in the rules, removing the duplication of the text of the statutes governing the creation of the Agencies and the Matching Grant Funds already found in the Arkansas Code, and reflecting the updated process of application and distribution of grant funds found at 15 CAR § 371-101 et seq.
The Department is accepting public comment on these proposed rules through September 22, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.

Code Ann. § 25-15-201 et seq., notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism is proposing amendments to the rules for the Festival Advertising Grants Program regarding the allocation of matching grant funds, allowing for increased eligibility for applicants, clarifying program deadlines, and updating the process of application and distribution of grant funds found at 15 CAR § 370-101 et seq.
